Terrible service worst service at a Starbucks I’ve ever gotten anywhere they literally are so rude staff needs to be replaced ASAP they seem like they don’t want to work at all when they don’t even have many customers at all. Also they’re always claiming the don’t have like half the menu which is ridiculous.
Was OK. I went in the drive-through was waiting a bit long for a caramel maciato. I heard the girl ask the other member of staff if he had given it to a customer inside as they were having a caramel latte, I asked the girl, "Are you sure I got the maciato"?? She said yes I was left unsureService: 3/5
I love this place; great drinks and food but omg the staff need some customer care training at the Peterlee one. So miserable . So one star less as ambiance wood make it perfect No smiles here

Ordered from just eat and they dropped off somone else's Uber order
We ordered 2 drinks through the drive through and they got both wrong. Usually really good , think it might of been a new starter that was on the drive through. Just a blip in a normally really good cafe.
I absolutely love that they have vegan options that you don't have to pay extra for. As well as that, as someone with a milk allergy I have to be careful where I go to eat/drink as a lot of places don't take care when making food and drinks but Starbucks does and I have never had an issue with the wrong milk or cream being used. Couldn't be happier!
Loved my caramel latte but the cup and my hands were so sticky due to the cup overflowing. Parking: Parking is easy. Wheelchair accessibility: All easy access but automatic door was a little slower than usual
Been a few times now and they refuse cash! Also it’s too expensive. Only reason I will give 2 stars is because they once gave me the coffee free as I only had cash, and they allow dogs in which is good.
Nice people good coffee. Starting to get laptop people taking over seats stopping customers sitting, one drink sit for hour take up 4 table should be told to sit on the tables made for them,this continues you have the place full with lost sales Parking: Great, Wheelchair accessibility: Very good
