Went in on the 23rd December I know it's Christmas but only 3 colleagues working on the till and making drinks, tables were not cleaned as they were run off their feet. I work in retail management and either came down to poor setup by management, recruitment issues or colleagues calling in sick. Colleagues were nice and friendly but needed more direction and support to find a balance.
Lovely drink, but the service was slow. This was due to not having enough staff and it was very busy. The staff were pleasant though. Love the pupachino our dog loved it Service: 4/5
Everything needed a good clean. Tables, floors and no one clearing tables. Toilet again needed a good clean. It's very bland inside the coffee shop and there is no atmosphere whatsoever. Should have gotten our coffee to goService: 3/5
Expensive compared to others. Not much options for lunch.Food: 2/5
Service was so bad and so slow. They didn’t bother putting names on the cups either so wasn’t sure which drink was mine. They definitely didn’t know how to make the drink either because it tasted nothing like it does when I usually order it elsewhere.
Came to collect a too good to go bag which I had reserved earlier that day, only to be told that they had 'all gone' - also the store assistant told me to cancel the order off the app, which I did only to STILL get charged for the bag, wouldn't use againFood: 3/5
Sold out of the options I wanted, no real atmosphere, felt more like a branch at service stain or airport. Toilet a mess. And why does the food not have prices on??Service: 4/5
Terrible service, took 15-20mins to order and get drinks. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than focusing on their serving their customers. Drinks were lovely once we got them.Food: 5/5

Came today for the first time. The coffee I had was lovely, they also gave me some free egg bites and I loved them. The staff are very friendly too.
