The Fish and chips are ok, thats not the problem for me. Daft though it may sound, every chippy you go in has a method of serving people so every one knows where they are in the queue, anyone waiting for something to cook will be to one side every one else in a line etc. In other words a sense of order. It may be very English of me but Starfish don't work like that. People stand around the edges till summoned, anyone walking in looks a little bewildered and creeps to the counter waiting to be told that they are queue jumping. Can't we bring a little clarity into it!
