Sometimes you get good service. Other times the taxi pulls away as you step out the door. Absolute mixed bag. Never know if you get quality or not. Still better than uber.

We have just had a very pleasant journey home with the drivers of star cars. Once again we thank you for being super fast in arriving and for your professionalism. We thank all members of staff from the operator and all the drivers we had recently had the pleasure to meet for their smart appearance friendly and helpful manor and very clean vehicles. Thank you all so very much .

Booked an hour in advance to travel to a funeral. Called when the car was 10 minutes late, told they'd speak to the driver and get back to us. Nothing. Missed my best friend's funeral thanks to you, nice one.

Despite booking my Taxi at 8pm the day before for 8:15am the following day for an URGENT appointment, no taxi had arrived by 8:30am and none had been assigned to my job even by 9am. So I cancelled and got an Uber which was WAY more responsive and I arrived (luckily) with 2mins to spare. This is not the first time Star Cars have done this, however it is now the last. I wish I could say thank you to Star Taxis for their prompt, reliable and attentive service, I just can't. If you're considering a Taxi and value service you can rely on, get an Uber.
