Tyres were not out for collection when I arrived. Asked if they possibly had been booked for delivery and if he could check.? He couldn't do that. A few calls later and a 20 min wait I got my tyres. Terrible service
I bought 2 tyres supplied by Stapleton's at a local garage. After a few months they perished. Split on the inside all way round. I could have had a blow out at high speed, had to get two Pirelli replacements. Stapleton's in their wisdom only offered a PART CREDIT. Why is this? Obviously a faulty product, so why not a full refund? Not recommended at all. Poor customer care, poor quality products.
