I have been taking my car here for the last 4 years or so and have never had a bad experience. Dave and the team are all so friendly and helpful and my MOT/service/any repairs are carried out so quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I want to start by saying although I’m giving my experience 1 star, I didn’t have any problems in my interactions with David or the other guys. However, what should have been straight forward work took over five weeks (!) to complete. It may not have been entirely their fault (as some delays were caused by external suppliers apparently), but they were delivering the service to me and it should have been better. Even a goodwill gesture of a nominal discount would have gone a long way. I booked my car in for an MOT and service, and also asked them to sort out my passenger side door mirror and door trim. The work done for my MOT and service was quick and of good quality as far as I can tell. However, the extras are where things started to fall down. The replacement door mirror that was ordered came back and was the wrong size, so had to be re-ordered. The replacement door trim that was ordered came back and it was for the drivers side, so had to be re-ordered to get the passenger side. Once that came, it wasn’t painted so had to be sent off to be painted. That came back and then it was identified that the part did not come with the required clips, so they had to be ordered. Whilst waiting for the clips, the incorrect part (so drivers side trim) was to be sent back. However they took the correct painted passenger side instead. So that had to be requested to be sent back. In doing so, the part was damaged and had to be re-ordered. Again it wasn’t painted so had to be sent off for that. This time though the paint job was not good enough (as per the garage owner), so was sent back to be redone. When it was returned, it transpired that the clips that had been sent were the front clip only and not the back clip. So the back clip had to be ordered. Once that arrived, it was eventually fitted. In the mean time, I needed a new o2 sensor as a warning light had come on. The first one of these that was sent was also the wrong part so had to be re-ordered. All in all, it took five and a half weeks to get everything done and made me over £500 lighter. The garage were firmly placing the blame on their suppliers for sending the wrong / incomplete parts. I’d like to believe that, but I’d also be ensuring they gave a discount for the mess up which could then be passed on to the customer. None of that seemed to happen. Needless to say I won’t be going back there as wether it was the fault of the garage or the suppliers, I wasn’t left with a good feeling about the whole experience.

After taking my car and Works Van here for the last 4 years, I thought it was time to write them a review. These guys are just brilliant, they are friendly, professional, helpful and honest. My Van has had lots of work done this year and it's down to these guys that it's running as good as it is. I wouldn't take my van or car anywhere else!
