The parking is always terrible but if was worse than ever. It took about 10 minutes to get into the car park, then I headed straight to one of the exit queues while my wife did the return to M&S she had come for. By the time she got back to the car, I had moved about 2 spaces. It took a further 20 minutes to get out. Whoever is responsible for this monumental traffic flow design error needs to sort it out now. The businesses there must be losing custom because we only go if we have to.
It is such a shame because the Retail park is actually quite nice with a few good shops etc. The problem is the entrance/exit for the Retail park is absolutely ridiculous, the queues to get out can be monumental. Whoever designed it needs their head examining. It is one of the worst designs for a Retail park that I have ever been too.
Always reliably tasty and consistent Greggs value. Most items are available when we visit usually about 1.30 although we find some things have sold out by then.nGeneral cleanliness is a bit iffy. I haven't seen staff wiping tables over very regularly. I have often found the toilet to be below expectations in terms of being kept thoroughly clean. I have had to report it to staff on a couple of occasions, which is a big disappointment and quite honestly off putting. This is something that could and should be remedied- perhaps lack of staff is the problem?
Dreadful signposting, appallingly tight car park, few exit signs, crossing points in ridiculous places. Car park designed by a 5 year old with a crayon. Decent shops, when you can be bothered to fight your way to them. Can’t wait for Christmas, it’ll be such a fun day out parking there.
Sort the horrendous parking and exit situation. Getting worse and worse with only 1 exit. Total gridlock as usual on Friday afternoon. Too many retail outlets and the road system can't cope.....joke!
