Drove from other side of town, told post office is closed despite it being 3 minutes before close time. Told it's closed by 'our' clock. wouldn't budge despite asking if they could just do the parcel I had. Steadfastly refused and stuck to the 'our clock says 6 oclock, post office is closed' line.
