Managed to fit our dog in for a claw clip between Christmas and New Year.  Shop is well laid out and was clean and tidy.  Staff are friendly and helpful.  Will happily visit again.

Lovely staff  , everyone knows there stuff and are ever so knowledgeable, the boss should be proud of them! The boss is a lovley women aswell, she was so kind to me when I went in, and the place was filled with happy vibes honestly never seen so many people happy to be working there    would recommend to everyone 100% hope you all have a lovely Christmas

A fantastic, local business. The team are really friendly and helpful. They look after our puppy whilst we're at work, and he loves it there. They also do sessions where you can meet all their animals - it's a great experience for the kids. Highly recommended.

Took our puppy today for his first groom. The staff were so friendly and kind. They were very helpful as we’d got in a bit of a mess at home with his fur. Would recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend stan's pals. They cared for my cats jenson and penelope while I was on holiday. Penelope is a little rescue who has serious trust issues. The care they received was impeccable and they sent me regular updates and photos which put my mind at rest. Thank  you so much.

Manger talks down to staff and customers, also tries to bully and push staff around multiple times she would be screaming in the morning meetings almost Turing pink she's a vile woman and a worse shop owner avoid at all costs she pays pretty much nothing for all the spiders and lizards and triples the sticker price she's money hungry bitter old lady

Archie and Tink love visiting to get their nails done every 2 weeks. As older dogs, they're not as active and need their nails doing more often. Honestly, they view it as a treat, it's their time to visit their friends and get all the loves and cuddles. Tink was very nervous to begin with but now has her nails done easily though really just wants the cuddles. The staff have always be astounding, and during this challenging time, when socially distanced my visits with my oldies has become a huge support for me. Stans Pals is the best!

What a total waste of space. They sell reptiles that they have no clue about. I don't expect to walk in a shop and be so underwhelmed with the whole set up.

I’ve taken lady to other places where you can barely notice the difference in her after she’s had a trim. They did such a good job with her here she looks like a new dog and I live over half an hour away but I’m more than happy to make the journey if it means I get this service every time. Will be lady’s regular groomers now I think
