Worst customer service ever, do not use as they are rude and inconsiderate toward customer needs they ruined a £60 jacket and refused to sort it. After the dry clean the jacket smelled horrible and had white stains on it. I do NOT recommend.

The rudest, most arrogant person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with when trying to simply use his service. Why anyone would give you business with such a disgusting attitude is beyond me.

My skirt was unclean had white spots on it and smelled musty and was badly crushed and unironed for £6.50. Pitiful service. No star rating don't use this guy.
