Excellent service 10/10. On holiday and my poorly husband was very ill at b&b on Thursday night so I phoned Friday morning 8.30am. I was asked to come in to register as temporary patient and was luckily seen immediately by the nurse who checked him over VERY carefully and assured us it was a virus and not a chest infection. Enormous relief and correct diagnosis as he improved over the weekend. I cannot thank them enough.
Lovely reception staff,very caring. Dr Singh is a amazing G.P,it's comforting to know that brilliant people like him are still out there. This surgery works in a area with lots of care homes an tourist's,then the regular patients on top an since COVID it's been more pressure for them. Maybe a few more surgery's in such a area would take the pressure off but that's not gonna happen. Many would disagree with my 5star rating but to me,they do their very best under difficult circumstances .
I Totally understand the policy to make phone appointments in order to weed out the patients who do not need to attend the surgery, however the system is not working efficiently and is failing. return calls from docs are often too slow or days away or sometimes don't happen at all, without a second call. I recently had blood tests done ,and did not receive the results , as was supposed to happen. I , after a month , chose to ring and ask. This is a lack of care .
Just wanted to say thank you to the surgery today. After I randomly popped in to ask a few questions today. To then being able to see GP. To get everything organised and dealt with. True client care
I have to say the difference in this practice over the past few years is amazing. 5 stars all round, nice to have reception staff who are just brilliant, along with all the staff I have dealt with the past 5 years. Keep it up, you're all amazing.
Having been with this surgery for almost 5 years, with my partner and two children joining too, I honestly say I can’t fault it. Even throughout the pandemic the staff have been polite, professional and helpful. Response time when they moved online was always great and I never felt like we couldn’t ask for advice and medical assistance when needed. On visits since, the surgery has always been clean, tidy and followed government guidelines. The Drs, Nurses, midwives and physio have always listened throughly to our issues and given us great advice/care. No issue was too small especially when involving our children or on going. The pharmacy have always dealt with prescriptions efficiently and professionally and the reception team are always helpful and friendly.
Staithe Surgery is a really lovely doctors surgery with friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve always managed to get an appointment when I’ve needed one on the same day which is hard to come by with other surgeries. Contacting the surgery, arranging appointments and picking up prescriptions is easy and hassle free. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for all of your hard work.
12/10 I cut my foot kitesurfing, I popped in just to make sure and it turned out I needed stitches- within half an hour they had seen me even though I live hundreds of miles away. The doctor was amazing, friendly, professional and did a great job of the stitches. The nurse was also absolutely lovely and even threw in a tetanus for a bonus, if you’re going to cut yourself make sure you pop in here it’s almost a fun experience I will definitely be going back - just hopefully not soon
Not happy with the last visit. Had a 10 foot fall struggled to get into the surgery. Saw the receptionist ask if I could see a nurse or doctor she went and saw the doctor who didn't come out to me just sent message to go to Cromer hospital . I ended up spending a short stay at Norfolk and Norwich. Really up set with my doctor's whahappened to patti
Professional prompt & friendly service by all staff members in obtaining medical advice & prescription for relative in 90's whilst on holiday. Their usual surgery were less than helpful! Thank you to Staithe Surgery. Excellent work much appreciated.
