Subject: Concerns About Unfair Treatment at Staircraft CV7 9NWnnHi,nnI was working for Staircraft CV7 9NW through an agency, and I need to bring to your attention some serious concerns about the treatment of new staff, which appears to be biased in favor of Polish employees.nnDuring my time at Staircraft, I observed that most of the supervisors are Polish and that employees who are not of Polish descent, even those who have been with the company for years, are rarely given fair opportunities. For example, a team leader under Supervisor Mateusz was promoted within six months of joining the company, despite others having more experience.nnSupervisor Mateusz seems to favor his Polish peers and often communicates only in Polish, excluding other staff and creating a divided work environment. Additionally, inappropriate relationships among Polish staff members are commonplace, further disrupting the workplace. I personally witnessed a Polish woman and a man engaging in inappropriate behavior in the H6 canteen around 3:15 PM while others were working. This incident can be verified through the canteen cameras.nnMoreover, I was assigned to work with a Polish individual who clearly had a bias against me. Despite it being only my second time working there, he did not explain my mistakes in English but instead mocked me with his Polish colleagues before reporting me to Supervisor Mateusz. This treatment felt very unfair and discriminatory.nnI am deeply disappointed with how non-Polish employees are treated at the Coventry branch. Everyone deserves equal respect and opportunity, regardless of their nationality. I hope this message reaches the appropriate department and prompts necessary actions to ensure a fair and respectful work environment for all employees.nnSincerely,
