Been there a few times now, even got 3 nights for the price of 1 a couple times! Don’t see that much this day and age! Room service is 24/7, it’s fab, although not for my waist line..
I stayed here for the night and the Rooms are very basic, no carpet and the bed is very uncomfortable and the guests are noisy also food not up to much. Room service is the best part of it I must admit.
Went there yesterday to report fraud with all evidence on the paper , the officer lady was zero of interest of what happens and she said it is civil matter. they are more concentrated to fine people for not wearing the face mask. Waste of time
Some officers in the custody area are understanding of situations but the mainline officers can be overzealous and uncaring to the point of being obnoxious. I know they have a difficult job to do but we are all human and should be treated as such. Oh, and when it comes to mental health issues the average officer doesn't have a clue and doesn't care. They need far better training in this area and general awareness of other people's feelings.
Went in to report a crime. While I was on my lunch break. Drove there and was told to report it online. Why couldn't I have reported while I was there? Wasted my time. I wanted to ask for advice, to talk to a human being and report a crime ;not to be pushed aside. Incredibly disappointing and a waste of time.
Useless! Such a big building but restricted hours so good help you if you want to report something outside of normal hours. Conflicting advice lead to wondering why I'd even bothered.
Maybe you check the high street more often as our newborn got high by a rock thrown by the youths that cause havoc as per pleasure and a Sunday fun.
Having spent several hours at Staines police station I would like to thank the staff for their understanding and help given to me. I was in the wrong but even so I was treated with respect, so thank you.
Spent the night here a few years ago, very boring atmosphere no music no tv, worst friday night out wouldn't reccomend it
Not always open and you have to wait for someone to come to the front desk
