I get the 3/3a bus to Lancaster University and I have never known a service to be as consistently late, overcrowded and unpleasant. Stagecoach is unfit to operate, unwilling to improve.

Waited for the 3-30/35 Bus from Scotforth to the Infirmary today, I got on but it was rather a full bus. The driver continued to let more and more Students on until you couldn't breath. Through this stupid act I couldn't get passed other passengers that were standing up and I missed my stop only to go two stops further than I wanted..i use a walking stick as I am bad at walking, I'm really disgusted at the Driver letting all these people on...not only a health hazard but dangerous. ..Stagecoach get your act together for the sake of your public! !!

Not always public friendly not really catering for the public as they are a depot but their customer service people could be more helpful and polite.
