Bus drivers really need to get a grip.I can't believe that they think they own the roads.by the way the majority of them drive it is ridiculous  you would have fort that the bus was part of my car he was right on top of my bumper. I have baby in my car most of the time an I have photos and video evidence of buses in Canterbury an around the surrounding areas and I will be taking this up with the head of Stagecoach.

Service to and from Whitfield/Deal is dire.  Packed in the mornings and late in the afternoons.  Queues from Canterbury Bus Station endless with indignant OAPs, tired workers and rude students pushing in.  Whoever thought it'd be a good idea to make cuts to this service is a complete idiot.

Been charged twice via contactless system, brought it up with my bank to confirm this was the case. I went here to ask what I should do they told me to email stagecoach enquiries, which I did. I sent two emails off with no reply. Bad customer service from here very unhelpful from this specific station.

As for stagecoach in general... 

My daily commute to work has just risen from 6.40 to 9.20 per day. Extremely expensive and greedy. I will be learning to drive now, as that jump is rediculous. I don't need a monthly ticket but ends up cheaper buying one (I need the bus two times a week) which forces me to pay another 40 pounds

I actually took my first bus in 25 years from here the other day. Nothing like I remembered. No smell of wee from the back. No stains on the seats. No chewing gum anywhere. How things have changed.

Some drivers can be rude, they pull off before elderly people have a chance to sit down. They drive past people waiting at stops if they are behind schedule.
