X74 to Glasgow no heating on bus absolutely freezing for over 2 hour journey driver says it cost to much to fix !!!! Ps driver had short sleeve shirt on plenty heating in his cab bus should not be on road -4 outside
Staff are extremely helpful and very helpful all the time, always made to feel welcome no matter what time of day you get on a bus and you will always feel your in safe hands
Don't answer their own helpline. 25/6/22 500 bus driver ID 411631. Over 30 children on bus vaping and drinking. Over 20 people left standing, elderly and including my pregnant girlfriend. Driver was made aware repeated that there is no space. He did not care and continued to stop and take more passengers. By the end people were literally complaining they couldn’t breathe. Elderly lady was hit with orange. Sprayed in the face with hairspray and had to sit behind a 14/16 year old gorl vaping the entire 1.30hr journey. The driver simply gave her the thumb. Honestly from a company that self praised itself during covid with adverts and poster than are completely false and no where near the service provided. Charging and wifi has not been active for months on most busses and your prices still increase. This company do not take complaints seriously but would pursue you if you did anything to their ‘drivers’ that they deem wrong. This is not a company who cares. Simply a bus drove by arrogant drivers that are borderline capable of working with public.
STILL NO ANSWER AT DEPOT!!!! After paying for our ticket on the 7.30am bus from Dumfries to Glasgow to make our way to Edinburgh for a hospital appointment that we waited over a year for, we had to come off it again due to toilet not working. Seemingly they're still waiting on a part! Due to medication, husband has to have a toilet nearby, so a bus journey that's over 2hrs long is no good without a working toilet. This is unacceptable. Your service is utterly ridiculous.
Worst service ever never on time plug sockets don't work toilets really bad that's if u can use one and they haven't bolted the doors shut always late never on time missed so many buses in Glasgow because of them rubbish absolute rubbish
Made a complaint about one of the buses not stopping. Even though the driver was aware there was someone waiting. Instead of my complaint being taken seriously by the supervisor, l was met by a load of excuses. " O its overgrown. its not safe to stop on a busy road. There is a 100yd feed off road for goodness sake for the bus stop and you can see it half a mile back as well as its a straight road. The fact of the matter in view is the driver was driving to fast and not paying enough attention. Very poor service and even worse public relations
Just got the 6.30 Georgetown bus home 2 school boys aged 14 -15got on bus and driver wouldn't accept their id my god he needs glasses in Scotland under 21 travel free I said to the 2 young boys get your mum to complain as he can well see you are well under 21 these guys had to pay
Driver drove away from my partner and son and myself because he didn't want to put up his side bag compartment as we had 9 bags and a trolley of foods from tescos. Lockerbie at cafe 91. Disgusting behaviour he flipped us off as he drove away from stop. 17.57 26/22
James bus driver of the 372 from sandy hills stopping at Mainsriddle at 1350 approx Tuesday 16/03/21 was exceptional in his role. Not only was his driving pleasurable and comfortable he was very pleasant but professional. This was the first time I had used the bus as I usually drive myself and I wouldn't hesitate to use again when required. Well done James you are an asset to Stagecoach. Mrs J Champion.
