Loses 1star because it's a little difficult to find where the bus you want is; you literally need to read each board - numbers above each station/stop would be helpful.

The buses are frequent to your destinations and if you have a query there's a information desk there so come check it out

Times are off constantly, different time tables at different stops, and customers service is non existing.

All drivers were very helpful. I wouldn't have reached my destination otherwise. So a big thank you goes to them.  Inside the station itself, the officers who were meant to help the public, were a big disappointment.

Waiting outside the maternity ward at the Victoria hospital. I was at the beginning of the the bus stop. Two buses pulled into the area , picked up passengers and went on their way without the slightest problem. However, at around 6.15 the Leven bus sounded his horn at me a few times before I told him where to go as I had no intentions of moving. He picked up passengers etc and got on his way.  My daughter had a caesarian and could hardly walk. The nurse told me that there is no pickup point so I would appreciate you telling your drivers this. Thanks.

Usually on time but 15 mins late yesterday got a cafe there the stance which is nice and friendly

I would like to make a complaint about the services offered by your company. In the past few weeks you have changed the schedule on the No 7 bus from Leven to Dunfermline and instead of every 20 minutes the buses are now allegedly every half hour. I would point out, however, that on three occasions over the last week, the buses have been 20 minutes late, and you have changed them all from double decker to single and there is not enough space for all the passengers. Most of these passengers are pensioners, and as your staff frequently point out are not paying for their tickets, but these same pensioners have paid all their lives, and the government cover these fares.It is disgusting that a company who makes so much money, totally ignores the fact that these old people have to stand in the rain and wind for a service which is totally appalling and I hope you will look into this matter immediately l.

Was on the 3rd bus in 2weeks that had broke down before leaving the station. About time we had new buses.

My partner was waiting on the bus to go to Dunfermline at one of the new stops added to the route. The bus came and the driver shook his head and drove past!!!!! He called the station explained what happened for the guy on the phone to confirm it does indeed stop there as well. My partner pays over £100 for a monthly ticket and he's not getting the proper service. Why is it the passengers know the stops and the drivers doesn't!
