I recently purchased an Audi Q7 and had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Jon. The experience was exceptional. Jon was extremely professional, polite throughout the entire process. Even coming in on his day off.He had a great sense of humour & his banter made the experience go smoothly. Also, the courteous greeting when I arrived from the receptionist was excellent. Highly recommend them both for their customer service. They are a credit to your company. Great experience.
Despite having a horrendous purchasing experience buying our current VW from Stafford, we received a sales call yesterday telling us about their “fantastic” offers required by them for their targets. We made the decision to give them another try so agreed to call them this morning. I have since been pinged from call centre to dealership and back again unable to even get to speak with them! Why should it be so difficult to spend our money!?nWe are not difficult customers to deal with, but the overall experience of this dealership is awful!
The experience from start to finish was fantastic, Everyone we dealt with was amazing and were always on hand to answer any questions I had. We are from Scotland and choose this garage due to the service we received while looking for a new car and their competitive prices. I collected my new car on Tuesday and I absolutely love it. All round and an excellent experience and would recommend Johnson’s Stafford.
I currently have an on going issue with a vehicle I purchased from this specific dealership. I reported a fault while the vehicle was under warranty which they said would be covered, but they later came back and told me because the mileage had increased to above 100k it would no longer be covered. I have tried getting the issue sorted with one of the advisors who was originally being helpful but has now progressed to completely ignoring me regarding the issue.
Booked a test drive and Jonathan rang to confirm. Even though explained it was for a company car purchase externally he was very professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and had a few laughs as well.
