Good faculties for traveller!nFood cafe, convenience stores, waiting rooms, mobile chargers, water refill stations, photo machine, toilets are clean. Staff team are very helpful and kind!
Not a bad train station
Helpful staff, nice and clean station
The ticket machine was faulty. I stood there trying to input my collection code many of times it wasn't working properly at all so I went into the ticket office to ask them to print my tickets off like I had many of times previously for the 4 years I travelled to and from stafford train station. They refused and They rudely made out that I didn't know how to work the machine. The lady then stood there in the doorway making a scene which with aniexty already made me not want to go out the station office. She then printed my tickets off and handed me incomplete tickets which I didn't realise. I then went outside to wait for the train out there as I was not waiting inside. The lady from the ticket machine came out to me and asked if all my tickets were there I said to her I didn't want to speak to her after the way she had treated me, however she could see I was looking through my tickets to see. She didn't even wait and proceed to walk back inside. It turns out my ticket was infact dropped on the floor by the office worker. I have severe aniexty so I wasn't going to go back into the office again after I was treated so bad when I had just been in there so I had to spend another £7 on a ticket to get half of my journey completed. Which was half my ticket price I had already paid for the split tickets. Horrendous I am now out of pocket due to the 1st worker dropping a ticket on the floor and then the 2nd lady to not even wait around to see if it was my ticket. This lady knew i had brain tumors too as i had stated that in my 1st conversation with her. Horrendous. I'm now left feeling highly anxious on my 1st train and now £7 out of pocket. Which is alot when it isn't your fault and your on a low income due to you health.nnNot happy at all. I won't have the energy to put in a complaint either due to my health sadly.
Great place to live. Has some drawbacks but doesnt everywhere. Need less roadworks and a fully functioning hospital.
