The station is big enough, you can go to many directions. There is a restroom, but very dirty and smelly. There is a Starbucks and a beautiful park not far away. Nice waiting room and not just one. There is a handy information board. Friendly staff
Great service; not too big or busy. Clean environment with great customer support.
Good faculties for traveller!nFood cafe, convenience stores, waiting rooms, mobile chargers, water refill stations, photo machine, toilets are clean. Staff team are very helpful and kind!
Very nice place to gonnPlenty of waiting rooms throughout the station Both on the concourse and platforms, they are quite warm and many seats, for peak times may be struggle if people leave seats for personal space!nnThe station includes a WHS Smith and a coffee place. The prices are around are subject to the company so can't say anything negative towards the station. Also includes a free water station for you - worked when I got there.nnToilet facilities were working and clean and seemed to be cleaned often by the local cleaners.nnOverall, recommended. Includes many trains to go around and nice facilities.
Very good interchange station with lots of operators/connections, wonderful staff especially Nathan, you never have to worry when your changing here
