St Wilfred's is a wonderful Primary school. It combines the best from the past together with the best from the present of English education: moral, social, physical development of the child is implemented as a whole, none is developed at the expense of the other. In terms of modern ideas fear is not the controlling and teaching mechanism but respect for the child and respect for the teachers from the children. The children blossom under this regime and on a personal level, my grandchild is so happy in the school and maturing beautifully on all the developmental fronts.
