Changing my review after seeing a worker taking the best stuff from the back, there was pampered stuff, not sure if she paid for them or not, but a bit unfair for other people who would want it. The shop itself could do better things. I have been coming here for years, since I was a child.
Me and my daughters love coming to have a look and see what interesting things we can find! The staff are always absolutely lovely and friendly and I've never seen or experienced them being any other way! We appreciate all that you do!! Thank you xx
The staff especially the one who seems to be in charge as a real attitude problem. My friend asked to see some shoes someone had just brought in she screamed at her to wait while she sorted them out , she asked again a bit later after she had sorted them again she was very nasty . A simple could you just wait would of been nice, even the other lady who was serving was cringing at the way she spoke to customers.
Cheap charity shop. Some of the staff are a bit naff though. Update on this review. A young girl working in there this week, publicly humiliated me in front of other staff members and customers, saying I stank. Even if that were true, it's very unprofessional and little did she know, I'm a Google guide, so not good for the charity's reputation.
Very helpful staff on a weekend but during the week there are too many members of staff, sometimes five or more, especially in the afternoon and in such a small shop,I think two or three at most is enough. As to the first comment maybe that's why there are not enough good things for sale to keep customers interested.
Friendly volunteers and a good selection of second hand items for sale at reasonable prices. I'm regularly finding things to buy.
One of the better charity shop franchises. Fair pricing for the most part and friendly staff.
Nice little shop, definitely some bargains to be had in here. Went in with my boys today and came home with a heap of dvds.
Its a really good place some lovely clothes and really good prices
It's a local charity shop on the barley parade just off tong st I take all my unused stuff here they say charity begins at home where a charity shop is
