Horrible ,dirty, and full of druggies and other undesireables in the stair well ,which, by the way, absolutely reeks of urine and crude graffiti daubed throughout.. There is a tent city outside of  rear entance to the  castle place wilko where homeless people have got rags hanging out to dry and a matress and a raggedy tent designed for  little year kids purched upon it..This is situated in the disabled bays on that level.. They have been there for months, and the police are powerless to move them on allegedly..Goes well with the run down town centre. aesthetic.. Welcome to modern Britain..nThe parking is free BTW..

First: it's free and in a good location but that is about the only positive thing... Confusing on which parking deck you can stay for how long free of charge.nOther than that: It's dirty and the spaces are even with a small car very tight. If you have a baby you need to park on two spaces otherwise you will most likely not be able to get the baby/toddler in and out the car.

Great spot for parking as its right I  town center, always has spaces available and there's a big sign on entry stating FREE 2 HOURS PARKING!nCan't ask for more than that really!

Its free but not easy to get up and round and in and out of a parking bay.nBe aware, tickets are given out if not parked correctly or if in a disabled bay, you must at all times show your blue badge and the correct time you arrived.nGetting a ticket is no laughing matter these days.nNot always the cleanest car park.nNight times look a bit dodgy. Park where you can sort of see your car when over having a meal in one if the restaurants.

Should deserve 5 stars for being a free car park very close to town centre, the town park, cinema and restaurants. However, the car park is not clean and the narrow stairwells are covered in graffiti and small of urine all the time.
