This is a gem of an eating place. Food us excellent. Our party of four enjoyed excellent pies steak, chicken and ham, delish fish cakes and battered hake cooked to perfection. Staff very helpful and obliging. Really really really COVID safe well done to all for that and as for location....truly unique.
Brilliant food, service, friendliness. Dog friendly and even gave our black labrador a Christmas dinner. Best in Marlborough

To sit with a hot drink and a cake surrounded by such history and the friendliest of folk was a real honour, Cardinal Wolsey was ordained there too, open 7 days, lots of history lots of lovely food and it's very safe ref Covid-19 preparation
