"The play service at St. Paul’s is provided from the ‘Venture’ building and surrounding play areas on the same site as the Children’s Centre and City Farm.The name of the building came from when Malvern street had an amazing adventure playground that evolved in the 1970’s.Holiday playschemes have been provided for the local children ever since, the adventure playground has sadly gone but we still believe in the importance of ‘play’ and enable the children to have the space and opportunities to enjoy choice, freedom to play, creativity and fun.The after school Playcare service began in the 1990’s when ‘The Nest’ that was originally run by parents, moved from premises in Moseley to St. Paul’s."

Visited the farm through an invite. An open day was taking place and a lot of people turned up. It was great and everyone seemed to be having lots of fun. All the activities were free bar the food and drink, which in itself was delicious. The money was raised for the farm animals. The volunteers who work there are doing a fantastic job and the animals seem happy and well looked after, so please keep up the brilliant work and I ask the locals who live nearby to visit and continue to support them
My sons attend the afterschool playcare service. They never want to leave and come home and always ask for a few minutes more, no matter what time I go to collect them. They do plenty of diverse activities, eat fruit and healthy food, they are collected from their school and have quality time. I have always peace of mind at work when they are collected by Nest / St Paul.
They do a welcome space on a Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime where food and refreshments are provided, which taste very nice. The low star mark is due to some of the volunteer staff there on a Thursday. Not so welcoming or approachable. Need to have a better attitude when interacting with ALL visitors not just a select few.
Great trips for children and good staff. Reasonable prices for childcare and very affordable. Lovely farm and animals which you can feed so kids enjoy their experience outdoors aswell as plenty of activities indoors. Would recommend.
honestly I spent a lot of my childhood at this place and I must admit that I loved it, if you're someone who wants too make friends, play activities, go on trips, or help out with the animals this place is for u. easy place to make friends too if u have social anxiety this place is also for u as someone who has had social anxiety.
A friendly community space for families with a lovely little farm attached. I used to work here and the ethos of providing for the community and caring for the environment has never changed. Kids love the goats and rabbits and you can sponsor an animal or sign up to playscheme!
Very happy with the after-school care provided be The Nest.
Nice little center excellent drumming session by kalillo drums.
