Visited the church for a live music concert and simply loved the atmosphere!  This very well organised venue can host unique events. I have to mention that the very clean restroom can accommodate the needs of the disabled, too.  Next time, I will ask permission to attend the Divine Liturgy and buy the book on the history of the church afterwards.

St. Paul’s Anglican Church is the earliest foreign church in Athens. Consecrated on Palm Sunday in 1843 by the Rt. Rev. George Tomlinson, Bishop of Gibraltar. St. Paul’s has been a steady focus ever since of worship and cultural activities for the English-speaking residents of Athens, as well as for visitors journeying through the city. It’s an amazing building at an amazing point of Athens next to Syntagma and Zappeion gardens.

A lovely little church in the heart of Athens, worth a visit. but AVOID AVOID Oasis Zappeio Cafe across the road . They will over charge you.

Welcoming community, liturgy for children, attracts worshipers from all around the world.

Well worth a visit to one of the only English speaking churches in Athens, St. Paul's is also quite historic having been built in the 1860's in honour of St. Paul's work in Athens, see the book of Acts chapter 17.
