Staying at this semi-hidden, iconic, Victorian gem should be on everyone's London bucket list. Your guest experience will be the perfect blend of historic grandiose complemented by Marriott’s world-class customer service. We dined at the Booking Office, which has an unmatched ambience with its high ceiling, tall, arched windows, restored wooden panels and tasteful interior design. The Booking Office team are attentive, providing service matching the building's heritage and Marriott’s high standards, under the capable leadership of Artan. He's a gracious host, with uncompromising attention to detail.nThey just recently refurbished their rooms and the new design has many small references to highlight the building's 150 years history.nThe beds are very comfy and you get all the room amenities you can think of to remind you that you're staying at an Autograph, one of Marriott’s more upscale brands.nWe had a lovely time, THANK YOU!
We didn’t stay but enjoyed a lovely afternoon of tea followed by cocktails in the reception area. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday and James one of the serving partners was so hospitable and kind. His service and warm hospitality were exceptional. It feels rare to receive that level of kind, genuine, unpretentiousness service in a beautiful hotel like this when you’re not a guest. I’d certainly look into staying here on future stays.
It has long been my dream to stay at the St Pancras and that dream came true as a surprise for my birthday. It did not disappoint! Everywhere you look there is character, history and style. It's almost inconceivable that so many of the glorious features remain from its original incarnation, especially if you know the history of the place and see how it was treated in the days of British Rail. The restoration and enhancement is absolutely amazing.nIt is the best railway hotel in the UK for my money! The perfect weekend stay for this hexagenarian.nAnd of course we were on the doorstep for our Eurostar to Brussels. Nice!
Beautiful hotel with excellent service and a warm welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay: the room was elegant, and the service was impeccable. Don’t miss the grand staircase, a true architectural masterpiece. Highly recommended, if your budget allows.
Stayed here for four nights in December 2025, and the arrival experience was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, which set a positive tone for our stay.nnThe hotel itself is lovely, housed in a historic building with spacious and comfortable rooms. It had a homely feel, making it a pleasant place to return to each evening after a full day of activities for some well-deserved rest.nnThe location is fantastic, especially for those catching the Eurostar, as the station is just integrated with the hotel in the same building.nnHowever, the housekeeping services throughout our stay were disappointing and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Basic amenities such as shower gel and hand wash were not replenished automatically, and it appeared that the bed sheets were not cleaned properly. While I support sustainability initiatives, there should still be appropriate intervals for changing the bedsheets.nnOn one occasion, a simple request to change the bedsheets resulted in the clean sheets being left on the table when I returned to the room, which was confusing and not what I had expected.nnI hope the hotel can improve in these areas, as it has all the makings of a great place to stay in London, and better housekeeping services provided would prevent an otherwise enjoyable experience from turning sour.
