Nita was amazing! Had emergency appointment there today widom tooth removal, I recommend them 100 percent. I have anxiety but the girls were quick, swift and efficient I was in and out in a flash! Thankyou so much xx
My second visit was a lot better than my first. I am very thankful for them helping me out again and I'm very thankful that I now have my two top teeth again. Definitely would recommend going their.
Great practice, easy to find and lovely dentist. Not quite 5* as we found the receptionist to be very abrupt and uncaring. My partner was in a significant amount of pain and she made a couple of sarcastic comments.
Thank you so much ladies! Can't believe I've put of seeing the dentist for so long, just for it to be as quick as 15 minutes. Very professional, very welcoming and overall I've had a 10/10 experience... especially considering dentists aren't everyone's favorite place to be!
I honestly could not thank these ladies enough at st mawes dental. I have major anxiety, both times I have been here i have been looked after extremely well, made to feel comfortable and alot less anxious.
OMG !! What an ease I felt going into that positive and very humours atmosphere. Almost completely distracted from the tooth they were currently ripping from my jaw at the time. Top job by the ladies and very grateful for squeezing me in as an emergency appointment. Regards to you all, W.troope "On a scale 1-10 how savage will this be?" "at least 11, and u can't smoke for at least 48 days after"
My daughter broke a front upper tooth clean in half whilst we were on holiday and Nina managed to fit her in the next day and did an amazingly skilled job of re-creating the missing half of her tooth in less than 30mins, whilst also improving a slight overlap with the other front tooth. She and her nurse Jess were very friendly, professional and reassuring, we can’t thank them enough.
Had my emergency appointment there yesterday. Couldn't be happier now. I was in so much pain before but after a wisdom tooth removal I feel amazing again! Have to say I'm very scared of needles and dentists but I was made to feel so comfortable there! Amazing work and amazing staff ! Thank you so much
I had to travel here 54 miles for a dental emergency. Which in the end resulted in two of my teeth pulled due to a infection. Nine and Kelly were amazing with me as I was really nervous. Made the experience as calm as it could be. And pretty views aswell.
AWFUL experience! Please rethink your options before going in for an emergency appointment After having an epileptic seizure and faceplanting the ground, resulting in my two front teeth being broken, I had to get an emergency appointment. Fortunately I was able to get one here, and I was hopeful my smile would be returned and the excruciating pain I was in would stop. BOY WAS I WRONG. It took me over two hours to get to the St Mawes dental. Upon arriving the lead dentist, Nina, who greeted us was extremely rude. She was blunt and dismissive towards my partner, who wanted to support me. And myself which gave me the impression she wanted to get it over and done with as soon as possible. When I went in, she assessed my teeth quickly and when I expressed the pain I was in when she was fiddling with my teeth she showed no concern whatsoever! When her assistant asked me if I wanted a cap/crown over my broken teeth, Nina answered for me by talking over me and insisting she would only cover over it. When she did fill over my teeth, I was crying in pain. I looked at my teeth and was horrified by what had been done, which made me want to cry more than any pain would cause me. My teethwith the filling over them were crooked and looked like somebody had just stuck chewing gum over them to fix them! After paying which in hindsight I should not have done for that appalling craftsmanship I was told I could eat an hour afterwards... it's now been two days and it feels as if I haven't had anything done. My nerves still feel exposed, causing unbelievable pain, and I still am struggling to eat and drink properly. From other people's experiences and reviews apparently the difference from my time at St Mawes Dental is night and day. Because all I have heard is good things, but from my experience I could not be any sadder. I wish I had never gone, as my broken teeth were better than what has been done to them!
