We went into the shop recently and everything was so over priced. The was two model cars in the window £20 each. That’s not far what they are new. The was a remote control car, £20 without a remote. It wasn’t anything special. A dvd player for £25 where every other charity shop sells them for £5 to £10. People donate to the charity, where the shops are subsidised and run mostly by volunteers. People buy from a charity shop usually because they are short of money. If they do buy something and sell it on, that has also provided to the charity and the person selling the item on, which means it’s helped more people. Somewhere along the line people someone has missed this point. Turn the stock around quick, give everyone a chance and don’t be so greedy. £185 for a second hand sofa which most would want £50 for. You are in crack. The was a load a maps, £50 each!!! Retail on eBay being willing to post I’d struggle to pull £20 each. It’s greed. Give others a chance to try and survive and rotate ya stock quicker
A great collection of furniture sofas , tables chairs wardrobes etc also electricals.. tvs dvd players stereos hair dryers etc .. framed pictures ..dvds books.. a large store helpful staff ..

Has become too picky, in what they chose to take, when donating furniture. Have seen damaged/ scratched furniture in that store, worse than what we had offered them. Very disappointed, especially since another charity was happy to receive our donation. In view of this we will no longer give anything to this charity.
Always nice to pop in. There's always a bargain to be had.
Used to be good value for money ..but the prices are extortionate..rather buy new atleast u can get some kind of warranty
Arranged furniture to be picked up. I left in the porch because my wife is pregnant. They came and said they wouldn't take it because it was outside it had been outside for 20 minutes and was bone dry and covered the lady was very rude and my wife had to move the chest of drawers into the house by herself. Very poor service.
Manager is a nasty one. Staff have no idea of customer service or relations.
Nice ladies, helped me sir out a delivery/collection
Found very good condition furniture and extremely pleasant and obliging staff.
