Appalling lack of customer service and an assistant who lies to me . Cannot recommend using their bookbinding service at all.

Bought an antique print from here, framed and glazed, and was a bit concerned about it arriving damaged, but despite the outer cardboard wrapping having a hole punched in it [Royal Mail!] the superb packing meant that there were many layers of thick corrugated card and bubblewrap that protected the picture itself.
The packer is obviously an expert at her job..I was very impressed.
Good packing is vital with valuable and fragile items, so was very pleased with print and the packing.
