Lovely church at the other end of Batsford Arboretum. Closed at present but nice place to rest on your walk.

Batsford Parish Church is a well kept church, in a beautiful Cotswold stone village, with a very tidy churchyard. It is next door to the very large estate of the Dulverton family, whose graves are prominent near the front door of the church. A music CD was playing while we were there, which gave a nice ambience to our visit. An interesting feature can be found at the rear of the building, with reserved seating, in times past, I guess, for the Lord of the Manor and his family. In the chancel, can be found a depiction of the church in former times, prior to the addition of the tower and steeple. The visitors book shows it to be very popular, notwithstanding the lack of convenient parking facilities.
Absolutely great inside especially for a small church. Worth a visit.... A d the tea rooms next door.
A lovely church within the Batsford estate. Lots of interesting plaque's within the Church relating to recent landowners etc.
A lovely Cotswold church adjacent to a fine arboretum. Friendly village people keep it looking good.
