I was due to travel on the 12:30 coach from Leicester Station on Saturday 13th December 2025, but there were around 2 hour delays affecting multiple destinations. Lots of us were understandably frustrated, cold and upset after waiting so long.nnThat said, I want to give huge credit to the 3 National Express staff members on duty a black guy, Asian guy and mixed race guy. They were calm, kind, patient and reassuring, even when there wasn’t much information to share. They communicated clearly, took the time to speak to people and genuinely tried to put everyone at ease.nnThe service disruption itself was disappointing, but the care, professionalism and empathy shown by the staff was exemplary and absolutely deserves recognition.nnFrom a Head of Customer Service at a Housing Association

Although it is newly renovated which is lovely, I asked the guy at the help desk on where my flix bus left from as I’d never been before and it doesn’t have clear signs as where everything is. The man showed me so much attitude saying it is clearly stated on my ticket, and then went on to say it’s in the bottom right hand corner, in the smallest writing ever, also bare in mind I had a quick scan barcode in my email so there was no need to even open my ticket. He clearly is miserable and I’m sorry that I asked him to do his job.

Not clean health toilet men. All damaged toilet flood block  not safe for people Toliet men.nSmell horrible not good health and hygiene men toilet.

Want to drop off someone but only 2spaces available with a stay of 10min... obviously a bit unpractical to make a drop off to happen for others.nAll double red line where you can't even stop, but obviously not respected, as per pic.nAny idea where people should just stop 5min to drop someone off and just go?nPay for a car park? Pay a fine?

The asian woman in the coffee shop was so rude to me when my card got declined because of black friday services on card down due to. She had to remind me too that she had to throw the coffee away. Laughable.nnFurthermore, the coach station is poorly organised compared to other cities'. No communication whatsoever from staff. They look to avoid you. They dont even announce coaches on the tannoy. Or if they do, it's done in a very unclear and unprofessional manner.nnCoach drivers always brilliant though and on time. Always a pleasant drive too.nnStaff in the coach station part need investigating and an overhaul.
