Had a very good experience today, all down to Dr Jack. She was extremely helpful, didn't try to fob you off, actually asked questions in order to determine what could be wrong and didn't make you feel like you were taking up too much time. She was also very informative on what the next steps would be and how to go about getting treated - I was pleasantly surprised and I would say that she is a great example of what a GP should be like with their patients.

I feel there is a lack of understanding of patients needs. While at this practice a person who really has an urgent problem is dealt with by phone yet in another practice he is seen in 3 hours

I have been trying to book a follow up appointment with a certain doctor. So far I have phoned at 8am on three Mondays ( as advised by receptionist )  and still do not have an appointment. This booking system is very poor and inefficient. The other medical practice does not seem to have this problem.

Staff and GP's always very helpful an polite..  Been a patient of the surgery for many years and have always been very grateful for their ongoing help.  Thank You.
