I really don't understand the earlier, very scathing reviewers, it just doesn't seem possible after our very pleasant experience. 
The man who served us could not have been more helpful. The plants were very healthy looking and the gift shop very attractive (& tempting).
Had a slice of absolutely lovely homemade cake and a choice of very nice teas.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful range of scent types and products.  Pricey but worth it.  Has variety of unique types of chocolate too.  Also some Tisane.

Great selection of ‘smellies’ and ointments as well as their own cafe which has a lovely selection of cakes to go with a tasty coffee or tea.
