St John's School

St John's School is a lovely small school which cares about its pupils and looks after them very well. We've had our kid at St John's since September 2017 and we are very pleased with the school so far. We decided to go with St Johns because of the classes are small ( up to 11 kids max) and based on previous feedbacks from people we knew. It is a pretty international school as well which allows you to meet people from different origins and backgrounds (ideal for parents and kids at the same time) The teachers are caring and very dedicated, admin staff is very professional and nice to deal with. So is the technical team. I also found it fabulous that the school (senior management team) listens to what you have to say in terms of feedbacks and is continuously looking to improve and outperform itself. Finally, and most importantly, children make excellent friendship there. It certainly helps us in the morning as our kid can't wait to see his friends at school!

Amazing caring school my child is happy going in small classes and the care they have is amazing . It's not all about top grades it about getting your child to the best they can be which I love as not all children are grade A! This school is perfect for more one on one care ypur not just a number here non are you made to feel rubbish if your not top of your class.

I attended Year 1 and Year 2 at this school and I have to warn you: if you have any child that has some form of a mental disability, don't attend this 'school'. I have Aspergers Syndrome, and at that time I was in a pretty bad state due to my young condition. Of course when going to any school or education establishment you'd expect them to treat your child with respect and guide them through their years, no matter their ailments...but not this school. Throughout my time there I was mistreated and disrespected by the staff, having religious beliefs hammered into me at any time I misbehaved. Going as far as to shun me for being myself. I even recall myself asking my own mother if I was the devil; another example of their incapability to treat such a person like myself. It got to the point in which the Headteacher herself told my parents that they couldn't have me anymore, not because of my behaviour, but clearly because they cannot treat mentally deficient children wth the same respect. Their facilities were grubby and ill equipped to falicitate any child and I wouldn't be surprised if they still were. Religion was seen as a common subject in this school and it was practiced daily at this establishment, enforcing their beliefs on the younger and easily manipulative children. Now, my opinion may be skewed because of my distaste of this school and could be considered fake because of the way I speak now, however, after moving on from that school I got actual help from other schools and I am now studying a college degree. To conclude: This school is a sham and a waste of your money and child's time, as the true mistreatment and unhindered disrespect at this school is apparent and will always desecrate it for as long as it stands. I'm only giving this place one star because Google won't allow me to post without one.

Brilliant school! I can't fault at all.....son settled in well, is very happy and he's doing fantastically well all round. Wonderful teachers and head teacher, nice environment-I love their teaching approach. No regrets whatsoever.

Had a relation go to this school and they have got very small classes but it took year 10 for them to be diagnosed with dyslexia and the parent had to pay for an independent person to come in. This should have been discovered earlier. If your child needs extra help this is defiantly not the school for them as the teachers are not interested in anything but the money and not fully trained for learning disabilitys. In there advertisements they say that there achievements are high and some of them are high but I know that a lot of parents are upset with this school as there child has not been helped to achieve there best goals. My relation speaks to most of the children in years above and below and spoke to the parents and have all had the same problem and you are made to feel that is your child's fault and not the schools which we pay for! I am very upset that my relation has paid for the child to come to this school for almost five years and they have just given up with the child's learning and don't want to know about it when they are struggling and easy to pass the blame, you are made to feel that no one fights your corner
