Cannot praise the team of staff that looked after my husband yesterday enough! Can't remember all names but Norma, Kat and Bethany were 3 of the fantastic nurses looking after us. They kept us calm in a difficult situation, made us laugh and brought us sandwiches and tea Doctors Ben and Steven were absolutely amazing and had the husband fixed up and home in the same day. Thank you all so much
Exceptional people. From reception to cleaner and all medical staff could not be more helpfull and professionalnFell on Friday evening and went to St John’s on Saturday morning. Was found to have fracture in two areas of my leg. Was seen very quickly and leg put in cast. Only had to wait for results of blood test and medicationnReceived a call from ERI on Sunday morning to to say they had cancelled my surgery and would review my case at ERI next week. No criticism from me of NHS
I had cause to attend A&E here on Monday morning. I was triaged within 15 minutes, and discharged - with two types of drugs - three hours later. It was the most efficient, swift and friendly service I’ve ever had at A&E - and as a sufferer of repeat kidney infections, I’ve needed to go often. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Thanks to Dr Trudeau, too.
Staff are like angels on earth. Under extreme pressure, over worked under paid... and still manage to offer class A free healthcare and do it with a genuine smile . I salute you nhs
