St James Neath is an excellent practice in my opinion overall. The vets are caring and have my animals best interest at heart NOT money, which these days is quiet unusual. This is in fact the reason why I moved to them in the first place. I think diagnose is about the animals needs NOT maximising profit.
The vets are helpful, they explain whats wrong and the plan of treatment and follow up care. the Veterinary nurses are lovely and sweet with the animals, and explain exactly whats going on and will spend time with you if your distressed to, which to me is vital as after all these pets are part of our family.
When one of my dogs unfortunately passed away the vet even sent me a bereavement card which i thought was a lovely touch.
If you want good all round service look no further then St James Neath for a Veterinary practice.
