Friendly staff, children enjoy picking and reading books, good collections for adults

Harry Potter book night what a great night,My grandaughter Keira loved it holding snakes and creepy insects. A lot of hard work by all the staff on the night Well done and thank you.

A tired & old collection of books. Whilst it may have been updated to accommodate new computer facilities, I do not believe it has public wi-fi for your laptop/tablet/mobile. The staff clearly aren't happy in their work & one in particular berated me for moving a chair! The sooner they realise that this is a public place & is paid for by the public the better. It is no wonder libraries across the country are closing if this is how the public are treated when they choose to frequent such premises. All in all a poor show by St. Helens Council staff.
