I have just been involved in a competition between several local schools and Jaguar cars challenging the students to produce designs for a speed challenge.nnI was immensely impressed with the way that they were engaged in the challenge working together as teams.nnThe ability of the teachers to motivate the students and to get respect without stifling control was marvellous. I have no doubt that they will be set on course for a great future..
