St. Clare's may well be the most incredible school in the world... Where students from a multitude of countries and cultures are given the stimuli and the space to grow, guided by most dedicated and talented teachers, who support, challenge and provoke the eager young minds of tomorrow, thus helping them to settle and find out who they really want to become. All of this set in Oxford - the one city, which breathes nothing but history of intellect and adventure. I will always look back at my time at St. Clare's with gratitude. I feel privileged to have spent the most formative years of my life there.

This school can be good, and onwards down below I will justify, why it only CAN be good. While I was visiting this school, I liked the facilities, the teachers I spoke to and classes I visited. I also noticed a considerably large number of russians (vodka, matreshka balalaika) and this satisfied my huge and deep russian soul. However, I then spoke to staff. But the staff lacking any humor at all makes it not worth it. 0 Crimeas out of 10, would not invade

Having graduated from St Clare's in May 2012, I firmly believe that the school and the IB diploma programme put me in a wonderful position to start university: classes are taught by experienced staff who often go out of their way to help students, there is a strong community feel, the campus is located in a beautiful area of Oxford, and the wide range of extra-curricular activities and opportunities provide students with valuable experience. The friendships and memories that I have of St Clare's will, I am sure, stay with me for life.

We visited this institution over two months ago with the intention of sending my son to this school. We were shown around the college by Chris Osbourne, who I must say was exceptional in his welcome, tour and presentation. We met several other members of staff during the tour who all appeared to be highly professional and capable. It was when we reached the academic office that I was shocked by the greeting from Wei Cha, who was nothing but rude. It was obvious from the initial greeting that she had no time for us and clearly did not want to speak with my wife, my son or myself. Her facial expressions were off-putting to say the least and upon leaving the office we heard her muttering under her breath. This was enough to deter me from considering the school any further. We finished the tour and left promptly afterwards. It appeared to be quite a good school overall but our encounter with this particular member of staff made my wife and I think. If this was the treatment interested parents received from admin department then what hope could there be for our son. We have since decided to send our son to St. Edwards, just around the corner. Sporting facilities also played a role in the final decision. JF
