the worst experience in this clinic. I waited 2 hours to take a medicine. He did not respect the appointment. the worst clinic.It didn't even deserve a star. The girls at the reception are very bad and talk down to you.
The worst clinic, I waited 2 hours after the appointment to get a treatment. The girls at the reception do not do their job and speak badly to the patients.
There are 3 different Doctors surgeries in here, and from my experience all the staff are friendly and helpful.nThe pharmacy inside is also handy.nIts a lovely new building with a good amount of parking, but at busy times the car park can fill up.nHelpfully the surgerys do late night opening for people who work, which is an excellent service.
People on the reception just trying to get me off the phone, telling me to call 111 to register as a patient for a different surgery which is completely inaccurate information. Extremely unhelpful
