I've just called to ask why most of the benches have been removed from the town centre and was verbally attacked by the woman who answered who categorically and ferociously denied that this was the case . Perfectly reasonable question but she talked over me, would not allow me to speak, invented things I had said and denied the benches had been removed! Communication skills, particularly listening skills, training urgently needed here. The question remains.. Why have most of the benches been removed from the town centre?!
Well for a start a few needs to be sacked here for jamming a Tesco Express into an already busy place where KFC and Macdonalds is. Surely fast food chains like KFC and Macdonalds should be in the main town, theres enough empty shops. At least then you only have to park once, rather than trying to fight with the traffic as it is at the current site. Being able to dine in the main town is next to zero.
