Having used the sales side recently Who were amazing I have been waiting for some self storage. Trevor has been brilliant in keeping me informed and letting me know when there was a unit available. Thank you Dainton for an incredible service. We needed to use Dainton when we sold our house in St Austell. We are currently living in France and, due to the pandemic, couldn't get back to get our belongings. Trevor and the team have been incredible, helping us at a very difficult time. They have answered every email quickly, always been at the end of the phone and have helped us solve the problems we have had. They have helped us find a company to load the delivery van that we organised to collect our belongings and were there during the move to make sure everything went well. The storage units were so clean and had a special system to protect our belongings from damp. What a wonderful company, thank you!
We needed some storage whilst moving house long distance with the problems of not being able to link everything together. We knew that we would need a 20ft container but when the day arrived to move everything into storage we found we needed more, Trevor and the team at Dainton St Austell were there to help, they found us more space in a smaller 10ft container for the remainder of our goods. Inevitably we found ourselves in storage longer than expected in total about 3 months but the Dainton team kept in touch with us along the way, when finally it was time to move to our new house the guys facilitated our moving out by assisting with the logistics and advice to the removal company and the Road Train driver needed for our exit. My thanks go to the crew at St Austell, I will add that having just opened the majority of our possessions I can say that the storage units are dry and sealed, no damp, no creepy crawlies. Good value and GREAT friendly Service.
I have rented three units from Daintons over the last few years and it has been problem -free. The staff there are really friendly and always ready and wiling to help with the doors, if I need it. Would go to them again if I needed storage as it is such a useful facility . .
Used Dainton storage to store contents of sheds and conservatory while moving,great location,container and site spotlessly clean,always somebody there if you need help. Would recommend this to everyone who needs storage. The Manager Trevor is a lovely man,always smiling,talks you through everything,very reasonable rates. Will use again if needed,it was a pleasure.
Great experience with Dainton at St Austell, rang up for a short notice unit to move house and Trevor was very accommodating! Customer service is excellent and also the units themselves, very secure and looked after! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again! Thanks
Excellent service. Only needed for a month while moving house. The units were clean and secure. Trevor and team were so friendly and helpful, they explained the procedures and access times and were always around if I needed info. Wide aisles between the units allowed for easy parking.
I have recently vacated my locker at St Austell which I have had for four years now. The service that is supplied by Trevor is outstanding, he even gave us a hand with a large piece of furniture on our moving out day. This gentleman goes above and beyond in his job. I would certainly recommend hiring a unit from Dainton St Austell. Tops marks for everything. Thank you for looking after us.
I have held numerous storage lockers at Dainton Self Storage St Austell for the past four years and I have always found the site to be satisfactory. However, since the new manager Trevor took over everything about the site has vastly improved, especially the service. I am always chopping and changing storage lockers, according to my needs. Trevor's patience, understanding, and professionalism in all aspects have been exemplary, and I would highly recommend Dainton to anyone.
