Email sent to the CEO. Hi there , sorry to bother you but I felt the need to let someone else know about this situation ….this is the last email that i really wanted to send to your HR advisors really …I have asked for a way of contacting someone else I could talk to but to no avail as they are the ones in charge ….I consider this being the worst experience I have ever had until now when seeking employment and I still do not understand how my level 5 diploma in health and social care is good enough to develop a career as a manager in a residential unit but not good enough to be a team leader with your company …it’s unbelievable. Not only you blocked me on social media for not coming after you offered me the position the first time because it was in the pandemic and you were not offering me enough hoursjust 1 day and a half …You reply to emails writing FYI as if I’m coming in to work for millions and I’m some sort of an uneducated person lol.Not only that you didn’t reply to my applications 1 year later and I had to use a different email to reach you but you’re also very rude and horrible to people that want to work with you.The way I was spoken the last time and I was sent home when I’ve come for the interview and the tone was patronising and rude but to be honest I didn’t really care about it as I wouldn’t see any of you working on the floor with the carers. In regards to the chat being closed it certainly is and no worries I’ll make sure everyone will know about my experience .You are one rude bunch really .No worries after all won’t be a pleasure working with you anymore.Your “really experienced staff” could of just let me know from the start that you require different qualifications instead of making me waste my time and in the end your time aswell.Take care as I will make sure of the fact that people will know that a level 5 diploma in health and social care management is not good enough for a team leader job with Augustinian Care…will make your life easier and of course other people applying for the same role with you. Thank you for reading and I hope this will somehow be sorted in a way or another for future people applying for this certain job within your company.
My mother in law is resident in one of the homes at St George's Park Ditchling Common East Sussex She went there after suffering a stroke in November 2016 she settled in very quickly and she loves it there The standard of care is second to none all the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for anyone The home is like a first class hotel and there are never any pungent smells Yesterday we went to the home summer fayre it was well run and the staff worked their socks off many had attended in their own time Each and every member of staff is dedicated not only to the residents but also to their work I have full respect for all of the staff they make the home welcoming to residents and visitors alike and the residents can do. Whatever they wish with their rooms We as a family would like to say thank you to. Everyone for making it a home from home We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the home to others Mike Viv Andrew Adrian and Lil
