I had not beeen here begore, I had been sent by my dr to have my ears syringed.nThe lady on reception was very nice, friendly and helpful.nFor some reason my appointment had been cancelled but the lady on reception said not to worry we will fit you in.nI did have to wait an hour but I was happy with that because I needed to hear again.nSandra the lady who did my ears was so lovely, helpful and caring.nThank you for taking such good care and helping me.
I’ve been under this surgery for years and to be fair it’s one of the worst ones I’ve been under there’s issues with my daughters adhd meds every month issues with my meds they cancel appointments and don’t bother to notify you like today I’ve took a day off work unpaid to attend my daughters appointment only to be told on arrival that the appointment is cancelled get your act together St Andrews house

Horrible Staff!nPractice managers Sharon Davis and Lora Byrne are VILE and OBSCENE. They should not be allowed to work in a care setting of any kind.nnThe behaviours of practice partners: Mrs Sinha, Mr Sinha and Mr Prabhakaran promotes a vicious and toxic environment. How the CQC has not shut this place down is astounding.
Brilliant doctors. I have never had a problem with them. They have gone above and beyond caring for me. I have moved away now from Stalybridge so I can't use them I am gutted. Best GP surgery I've ever been. Also Laura from reception is amazing I can't fault anyone Goodbye St Andrews
