Had a good morning saw Herons,Pochards, and there were Moles on the river bank, had a very nice cafe very friendly,
My Dad has been receiving fabulous care at Saint Andrew's House, Digby Ave., since November 2019. The team there is absolutely amazing and the professional care and attention my Dad receives is second to none. Well done and thank you to everyone - you set the standard to which all 'extra care' schemes should aspire. It's clean, comfortable, welcoming - really deserving of 5*.
We are lucky to have this independent living / care home. Well suited on edge of golf course. Excellent accommodation, very quiet - could be too quiet for some people.
I would like to thank you all for what you did not do for my mother you was all nice to my mum to start with. Than when she needed extra care you all wanted her out has for the extra care they was told to go in than out all in 5/10mins I could not find any trained nurses and at night 1 nurse on duty my mum fell in the night nobody could tell how long she was on that floor why didn't the sensor work and how could that 1 nurse look after vmy mum she had broke her hip and back into qmc ,again and as her dementia got worse you all at st Andrews didn't want to no you did not want her back well for you management and extra care my mum is in a care home ;has nobody as asked about her she is very happy she mixes well enjoy every thing that what was st Andrews was going to do but no my mum was so lonely she hated the place and I hate myself for putting her there and i believe you all had a part in my mum's dementia so please don't put your family there the place is beautiful but behind that door they are on there own so think first before you decide to put a member off your family ask how many people live there so shame on gedllig council and nottts country council and aricare nursing just in for the money.
Great facility, nice and spacious with fab layouts of the individual flats
Seeing the other posts the other comments cant be about the same place. My dad is in Sta Andrews and we have found the place antastic and the staff brilliant.
Nice clean environment, quite and seemed well maintained.
Staff are miserable never smile or say hello even the resadants have commented on there dis like to the job very poor
