One great thing about this car park is that it actually has humans on site to help you if you need it. It's at a good location and has a slope leading out instead of stairs so you can use the lift and avoid stairs completely if needed. Parking is decent price for the location.

Excellent customer service delivered by the wonderful and friendly car park staff. Especially the gentleman who helped us sort a problem with our car. He was brilliant! Thanks to him we got home safe and sound. We parked there on Friday 29th November. Please whoever monitors this can you congratulate the staff who were on duty that evening for doing a great job and going above and beyond to help a customer in need. Thank you.

Been parking here for years, great location and convenient for city centre, but expensive! Probably better just to do park and ride into city

Lots of space, big so good for your car. Need tapping service and more pay machines on all levels.

Really good, well lit car park that is close to city centre and to the playhouse. The evening parking charges are very reasonable.
