Nice car park in the centre of Norwich and not too far from the market and castle quarter. Fair price in context of being an inner city car park. Easy to get around and usually lots of spaces. There can be groups of people hanging about near the entrance/ramp way which some people in the group found off putting or intimidating but this isn't something we encounter every time we go.
A good carpark within 5 minutes walk to the city centre. And can be better priced than some of the more central car parks.nnIf you are using it for the first time, the layout can be confusing and the signage is small. So pay careful attention
Easy to use car park. Clean. Felt safe. Handy for city centre especially The Lanes shopping. Rather expensive compared to other car parks. Over £8 for three hours on a Sunday seems quite steep. Still, that will encourage me to cycle or bus in the future.
Witnessed an old disabled lady who had only parked for 45 minutes at 20:00 at night being charged £25.00 because she had lost her parking ticket. Price after 18:30 is £3.20. The jobs worth would not let her go, it didn't matter that she was old or disabled or that they record every vehicle going in and out and could easily prove when she arrived. Was totally disgusted that went with her to retrace her steps to find the ticket. Shame on you St Andrews Car Park trying to rip off an old disabled lady. Ridiculous!
It is our favourite car park in the city. Plenty of disabled spaces and a discount if you take your blue badge to the security office.nnMy only concern is the height is only 2.3m so when I love over to a WAV it won't fit.
