Staff are very helpful, there's a small Sainsbury located to left of station lovely staff also. Always willing to help. Taxi cars waiting outside. Close to st Alban's town. Really great.
Chaotic. Services very disrupted, poor level of information, badly managed. Was advised to board train on different platform as quickest option - turned out it took 20 mins longer than thetwo others that passed me! Well done for making me miss the first half of a play I'd paid good money to see, and no refund offered for delays.
Slightly small station, so it can get crowded easily
Wheelchair acsessable.nHas a drop of point but unfortunately people park there . Drivers are not to leave the vehicle. it is not a pick up point.nThey need number plate readers
Does what it says on the tin! Easy pick up drop off! Buses run regular and taxis are normally easy to get outside so not much of a wait!
