Sean and his team sorted out a complicated and very old electrical board plus ancient house electrics at my mums house. As her son and living away from Exeter it was important to be able to have trust and confidence the job was being carried out and I can happily say they did a fantastic job. Sean kept in touch throughout and flagged up any issues and offered realistic solutions. To find trades people like this is getting harder and harder. Highly recommended.

Originally quoted me around 450 to replace 3 dimmer switches and 32 recessed LED light bulbs in my flat (some dimmable some not)  - later told by the boss it would actually cost closer to 1000 to do all the work... so did a bit of research online, bought all the parts for less than 250 and installed it all myself in under 3 hours - that was 11 months ago and everything's been working fine since!

We hired Squires to rewire a bungalow. Their work was excellent and was completed on schedule. This was a distance project so they were also responsible for the security of the building during the work. Communication was maintained throughout and they cleaned up well on completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Squires Electrical & Security Ltd.
