Had a booking here which was paid for by deposit and we walked outside for some fresh air as was incredibly hot inside. When we tried coming back in both the bouncer and manager refused our entry advising we must wait in the long queue. We tried explaining we had a table booked but we were not listened to at all. Honestly terrible customer service and pretty rude service considering we had paid money upfront for the deposit etc. I wouldn't recommend based on our experience.
Great bar to chat some have music way too loud and watch the match. Bar staff always friendly and usually let you know what drinks are on offer/save u money. Good selection of beers and spirits. It's very student populated but always a nice atmosphere.Service: 5/5
A really good bar. Staff have great customer service. Dart board, multiple tvs for sport. Haven't ordered food but heard it's great. Nice pints. One of the best bars on osborne road. Bathrooms in good condition.
Table reserved on Sunday evening. Sat at our table with no problems. All the planning until the date was completely perfect. The welcome whilst we were there however, was very disappointing. Went outside for a cigarette and stepped onto the pavement outside the bar. On our way back in we were told we would have to wait in the walk in queue. Tried to explain to both the manager and the bouncer that I had a reservation inside that I'd paid a deposit for, and that I was just on my way back in. I tried to show them my booking reference and multiple emails I had with the business but again I was told I was ignorant and wasn't listening to the both of them, as they also ignored my response and reasoning. Quite an ironic situation to be in. Was expecting much better from the establishment inside but was left feeling belittled.
The service is absolutely ridiculous delivered by staff! Came in at 22:15 for some drinks, been served by a tall lad, dark hair, kinda round face, not smiling or anything, been asked rude what we want, I asked for 2 pints a coke and pint a Heineken, he absolutely made the pint full of ice, I asked if he could take some out and he said “ what? From that? Can’t do it anymore! “ with a rude voice. That’s not the service, I’m working in a bar/restaurant as well, and even how bad my day was I don’t speak with customers like that! And then obviously I asked one more time if I could get less ice because I knew he could just grab a spoon and take some out! He aggressively took the pints away and bin the drinks from it and made another one. And then he also asked rude if we gonna pay which of course that what we were intended to do but the way he spoke and addressed is just ridiculous! Never come back here! First time and last!
Great experience there, so many screens to watch football on, great food options and friendly staff. Great discounts throughout the week too! Definitely worth a visit.Food: 5/5
Great value for money as was "Wing day," today Wednesday, as is Friday. 40p per chicken wing Got 3 X 5 wings, with 3 different marinades. Spicey, Salt & Pepper, and BBQ.. all very nice and a generous portion of fries and coleslaw. Drinks prices reasonable and always offers on. Staff are spot on Food: 4/5

We came for a 27th birthday, table service was fine and the group were catered for and looked after by the staff. The dress code for a sat eve is all over the place. Jean's shirts on one side. Then tracksuits and nike air max on the other haha
Amazing burgers and push the button happy hour. Really friendly staff.
