Outstanding customer service!, really puts faith our purchase. Certainly not your average car dealership. Massive thank you to the very lovely Reanne who dealt with our purchase, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, car was well presented for collection, even down to the new number plates. if you want a used car try these guys I highly recommend them.

Went to Richlee to buy our first family car and Paul was very helpful! Spent time getting to know us and what we needed, went through all the details of the car and left us to test drive. Paul was very specific and thorough but not pushy like some dealerships we had been to previously. When picking up the car Charlotte helped put the details through and process the tax etc. highly recommend Richlee and their sales team.

I have purchased a few cars from Richlee Motors over the years and have never had any issues. If there was an issue, it was dealt with promptly and without fuss. Paul Johnson and the team are extremely polite and helpful. l would definitely recommend Richlee Motor Company. They are well worth the 5*.

A big thank you to Paul Johnson for the no pressure, personal and friendly service that made buying our car a pleasure. The extremely efficient handover by Charlotte could not have been better. Paul's follow up call a few days later to ensure all was well is an example of Customer service as it should be. Will definitely go to Richlee when looking for our next vehicle and highly recommend others to try them.

I bought a car last Sunday from Richlee motor company at Rayleigh and I have to say the whole experience was fantastic. From the Director Richard Shayler to Paul Johnson in sales and Reanne in the office/accounts, everybody played their part in making my purchase go as smoothly as it could. I would not hesitate to recommend buying your car from here, you will get a very professional and pleasant customer service.

WOW absolutely amazing we had had major problems with another car sales V12 & was very cautious I've known of this car sales for let's say a lot of years I.e 35 years ish Paul was our man so helpful not pushy at all we chose a mokka x elite whilst waiting for our money to be paid back to us  but richlee was absolutely fine  , eventually we got our money back & picked our new/secondhand car up I love it 100% wld recommend this car sales THANK YOU PAUL

Fantastic dealership - Sales team were all very helpful & offered a fair trade in for my old car. Unfortunately my new car did have some issues, however the garage repaired all the problems straight away and provided a courtesy car. I would buy another car from this company & would recommend them.

We purchased a used Suzuki swift hatchback a few weeks ago and found the customer service & attention to detail here was excellent. Alain our sales Executive was very polite & professional & went above & beyond to accommodate us so we were able to purchase a replacement car for my wife. There were a few outstanding items after taking delivery that had to be ordered which could not be finished before we took delivery, but the garage kept us informed & booked the car back into the garage where a courtesy car was awaiting so we could return home.  All in all a big thank you to the sales Manager, Alan our salesman & the girls in the service department for arranging a very smooth service on the cars return.  A big thank you also to everyone involved for an enjoyable experience & would recommend Richlee Motor company to anyone looking for a high quality replacement used vehicle & great customer service.  Thank you

Went to view a car with my partner, walked in and greeted at the door with “can I help you” by an elderly man, no offer of a drink or welcome, we sat down and enquired about a car, asked about the service record to be told “no don’t have this, all digital and we couldn’t possibly tell you as a breach of GDPR” funny he then called later that same day to tell us he had indeed found the service records?? We asked to test drive only to be told “no not unless your serious about the car” beggars belief - we ended up buying direct from VW who btw gave us the keys to a car we liked and said “ enjoy a test drive please “ that’s service!!
